Introduction:

Most of the professional golf tournaments have tours that span throughout the year and comprises of tournaments held on a weekly basis throughout the world. Majority of the tournaments are arranged into a series, which are called as “tours”. The tours are segregated for women and men. A particular tour is mostly concentrated on a specific region, despite the fact that there are numerous tours in which the games are held in various venues spanning over different regions. Although golf is one of the lucrative sport events, thanks to the huge amount involved in the large tournaments, the structure of the game is completely different from that of the other sports.
